In-Store Pickup Only:
All purchases made through our website are eligible for in-store pickup only. Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, you will receive an email notification with instructions for picking up your items at our store location.
Identification and Proof of Purchase:
When picking up your order, you will be required to present a valid form of identification (e.g., driver's license, passport) and a copy of your order confirmation (either printed or digitally on your mobile device).
Authorized Pickup:
If you are unable to pick up the order yourself, you may authorize someone else to do so on your behalf. This individual must present their own identification along with a copy of the order confirmation and a written authorization from you.
Pickup Timeframe:
Orders are typically ready for pickup within 2-5 business days from the time of purchase. You will receive an email notification once your order is ready. Please ensure to pick up your order within 5 days of receiving the pickup notification.
Cancellation and Refunds:
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or refunded. If you do not pick up your order within the specified timeframe, your items may be subject to restocking fees, and we reserve the right to cancel your order without providing a refund.
